This modern and spacious apartment for up to 9 guests is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. It's located just steps from the Vialia Shopping Centre, the train and bus station, in the Christmas lights area, a 15-minute walk from the city's historic centre, and with a wide range of leisure activities nearby.

It's ideal for business trips, family vacations, or getaways with friends.

It features 3 spacious bedrooms, all with a work area and a sofa bed.

- 1 bedroom has a 160cm bed.

- 1 bedroom has a 135cm bed.

- The bunk bed room has a 135cm bed on the bottom and a 90cm bed on top.

- The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed.

- Dining area for 9 people
- 1 crib and 1 highchair. (Option for a second additional cot)
- 2 full bathrooms outside the bedrooms and
- a spacious living-dining-kitchen area to enjoy and socialize during your stay.

The entire house is rented for a maximum of 9 people.

Amenities:
Bath and hand towels are provided per person, as well as a bath mat in each bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are also included in the bathroom.

Bedrooms are provided with sheets, duvets, and pillows.

The kitchen is equipped with dish soap for handwashing and dishwasher use, laundry detergent, complimentary coffee capsules, tea bags, and herbal infusions.
It also has all major appliances (see photos). Refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, blender, washing machine and dishwasher, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, juicer, toaster, cutlery, glasses and cups, plates, mugs, etc.
