The Casa del Marinaio is a real gem: a small home in the 19th-century village of Vieste that now offers its ambiance to the most authentic vacations one can experience in the town.
A large veranda furnished with table and chairs and shaded by awnings allows for pleasant moments of relaxation and conviviality outdoors.
The entrance is in the living area, furnished with an open kitchenette, a 120-cm sofa bed and TV corner. A wooden staircase leads to the loft, where there is 1 double bed.
The house is completed by 1 bathroom with shower stall.
The loft has a maximum height of about 1.75 m in the center, with a barrel vault, so it does not allow comfortable standing throughout the area. The access staircase is quite steep: ideal for guests with good mobility.

Casa del Marinaio stands on a street in the 19th-century village of Vieste, nestled between the small beach of Marina Piccola and the marina.
The street is pedestrian friendly, a convenient flight of steps leading to a parking area in the harbor on the Vespucci promenade, just 300 meters away.
All major services are also within walking distance.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- The apartment is located in the ZTL zone: from 15/05 to 30/09, non-residents are prohibited from driving and parking from 8 pm to 7 am.
- Inside the apartment there is an internal wooden staircase that leads to an open mezzanine. The mezzanine has a maximum height of approximately 1.75 m in the centre, with a barrel vault, so it does not allow for comfortable standing throughout the area. Access is via a rather steep side staircase, ideal for young guests with good mobility, less suitable for people with mobility difficulties or those who prefer traditional stairs.
