Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it to the hotel for my reservation and let the staff know in advance. I fully understand the cancellation policy, but I was hoping for at least a partial refund since I wouldn’t be using any of the three nights. I wasn’t offered anything—not even a small credit or gesture of goodwill. While I respect policies, a little flexibility or understanding in situations like this would’ve gone a long way and shown better customer care. But I do understand business is business. Otherwise the staff seemed friendly and very excited about Vieques.
