🛏️ The first bedroom features one standard double beds (140 × 200 cm), a comfortable sofa bed, a wardrobe, a Smart TV, and a table with chairs suitable for dining or working.

🛏️ The second bedroom features one standard double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a wardrobe for convenient clothing storage.

🛋️ Please note that there is no separate living room.

🍳 The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, freezer, microwave, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and glasses, everything needed for extended stays.
