Quaint 1BR in Simmering -Well-suited for Longstays

The apartment is cleaned before every stay, but it might not feel like a newly renovated place.



This 35 m² apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building in Vienna’s 11th district and can host up to 3 guests.



The bedroom has a standard double bed (140 × 200 cm), a sofa bed, chairs that can be used for dining or working, a wardrobe, and a TV. The furniture is simple and practical. Please note, luxury features are not included. It can sleep up to 4 guests, though 3 is more comfortable.



The apartment is in a lively neighborhood, close to shops, public transport, and other useful places. You may hear some city noise, but the location makes it easy to explore Vienna.



The kitchen is private and fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans, and utensils—everything you need to cook.



There is also a washing machine in the apartment for laundry.



The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet for your comfort.
