One-Bedroom Apartment - Naschmarkt

Stylish apartment next to "Naschmarkt" and "Mariahilfer Straße" This apartment is bookable for a short or long-term stay. It is located in the center of Vienna (6th district) within walking distance you will find the famous "Naschmarkt", Karlsplatz and the Mariahilfer Straße - the longest shopping street in Austria.

This apartment is located on the raised ground floor floor.

It is divided into:
- kitchen
- bathroom
- toilet
- living room with couch - bed and eating area

The apartment is fully equipped - you will find everything you need for your perfect stay!
We provide you with towels and bed linen - a set of shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, soap and a starter set of Nespresso coffee tabs.

In the kitchen you will find - e.g. a water boiler / toaster / dish-washer / microwave / Nespresso machine

For your entertainment, we have cable TV (110 channels - 28 in HD quality) and HI Speed Internet - up to 125Mbit/s. There is one TV in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Hairdryer, Flatiron and a washing machine are also provided.

A high chair and a baby travel bed are also available if you are travelling with kids.

You will find tourist-info brochures and the newest Falstaff guides for restaurants, bars and wine taverns (Heuriger).

Subway/Metro:
The next metro station is Kettenbrückengasse (U4), you will reach it in less than 1 minute walking distance.

It will lead you in just one station to Karlsplatz where you find the State Opera House, Albertina, Karlskirche, Kunsthalle, Stadtbahnpavillon, Künstlerhaus, Theater an der Wien, Secession and the famous Hotel Sacher!

Following public transport station are also at Karlsplatz: 1,2,D,J,U1, U2

If you arrive at the airport you can easily catch a taxi in front of the arriving hall (the price should be max. € 30) or take the CAT (City Airport Train - single € 11; return € 19 - kids to the age of 14 ride for free) to "Wien Mitte" - there you take the U4 - direction "Hütteldorf" and hop off at "Kettenbrückengasse".

To get to "Schönbrunn" you also take the U4 - direction "Hütteldorf" - approx. 10 min. from the apartment.

Parking:
The whole 6th district of Vienna is an short parking zone from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
On weekends and national holidays you don’t have to pay for parking but please note
- that every street in Vienna has zones which are exclusively for residents.
- you should use a parking ticket from the first minute of parking onward, also just for unloading your car.
- on most saturdays is a flea market vis-à-vis and so please be aware that parking is totally prohibited.

Parking tickets are available in Tobacco shop, Gas stations or you use mobile parking (IOS + Android App: HANDYparken)

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
