🏢 This 44 m² one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room is located on the 1st floor (stairs only, no elevator) in Vienna’s Embassy District. It accommodates up to 3 guests and includes a private kitchen and bathroom.

🛏️ The bedroom features one double bed (140 × 200 cm) for two guests and a window that provides natural light.

🛋️ The living room includes a sofa (may be less comfortable for taller or larger guests) that can be converted into a bed for one guest, along with a table with four chairs.

🍳 The private kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishes, cutlery, and basic cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

🍽️ A dining table with three chairs is available in the living area, suitable for meals or working.
