Wir haben uns zu viert in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt günstig, um in die Innenstadt oder zum Freßmarkt zu laufen.

Superzentral gelegene schön renovierte Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt nahe der U-Bahn Station Karlsplatz , im nahen Umkreis viele nette Cafe`s , Kneipen und der Naschmark( 2 Min. Fußweg) Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, sehr hell und luftig , mit dem wunderschönen Balkon zum Relaxen, liegt aber an einer viel befahrenen Straße mit Ampelanlage, was ohne Klimaanlage im Sommer zum Problem werden kann, wenn man mit gekipptem Fenster schlafen möchte, da der Verkehr auch nachts vorhanden ist. Ansonsten stimmt die Angabe über die Ausstattung nicht ganz überein. Kein Trockner, kein DVD Player , im Bad leider kein Duschvorhang vorhanden, so daß es beim Duschen immer Überschwemmung gibt , auch die Brause hat keinen Wandhalter, man muß Sie immer festhalten, keine Wanduhr , kein Radio o.ä. kein Wecker, kein CD Player o.ä., wenig Deko nur ein großer Fernseher ist vorhanden , leider gibt es aus Platzgründen auch keine Kleiderschrank , eine Kommode ist im Schlafzimmer aber vorhanden , könnte für 4 Gäste aber im 2. Schlafzimmer ziemlich eng werden ( schmale Betten) keine Nachttische an den Betten, da seitlich kein Platz vorhanden ist. Alles in allem trotzdem ein schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt, Eva und Michi sind supernett und geben gerne Tips , für Nachtschwärmer und Kneipengänger eine sehr gute Wahl , die ideale Lage ist der größte Vorteil dieser Wohnung.

Nice apartment in great location

We enjoyed staying in this comfortable apartment in Vienna. We were able to walk to many places and public transit was close by as well. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom had a great shower with large bath towels. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. We highly recommend this pretty apartment for your stay in Vienna.

Great, very clean and conveniently located. We were there during some hot days but with all the windows and cross breezes it cooled off beautifully. Comfortable beds. Used the Balcony offer. And the property managers were great at communicating and we’re right there to let us in! Grocery, breakfast lunch and dinner all around. Visited with our family, two girls 18 and 22.

Great location!

While the apartment was very nice and in a great location, the communication with the host was unacceptable. I emailed the host 2 days prior that we were arriving by train at 10:30 am, asked for the address and if there was somewhere for us to store our luggage until check-in time. When we arrived, we still hadn't heard anything from host. As you know, you typically don't get the exact address until 24 hours prior to check in, but we were 4.5 hours out. I had to call VRBO and have them reach out to get us the address. We got to the apartment and there was a young man going in and I asked if there was a place to store our luggage, he firmly said no. Upon our departure, I had to ask 3 times if we could store our luggage until 1:00. As were leaving, the same young man came to our door to clean the apartment. The lack of flexibility to leave the luggage while the apartment is getting cleaned is unfathomable to me. On our 14 day tour of a few countries, every other property we stayed in were happy to store our luggage for a few hours. We ended up paying 120 euros to store our luggage for a total of 6 hours on two different days.

Beautiful apartment in great location.

We were lucky enough to find this beautiful gem of an apartment for our stay in Vienna. It’s very conveniently located so we were able to walk to every place we wanted to go. There are tons of great restaurants in the surrounding area and our hosts sent us a list of thoughtful suggestions prior to our arrival. Check in and out was a breeze! The apartment was clean and easily accommodated the 4 of us. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Amazing location, comfortable apartment!

This apartment id amazingly located: you can’t go wrong! The kitchen is modern and functional. The living room is confortable and the small terrace improved significantly our experience. We spent a lot of time there in the evenings to rest. There is one shower and one toilet that are in two different rooms, which is convenient. The communication with the team was good. We needed a crib for our baby and I assumed that it was provided as it was not clear on the advertisement that we needed to request one. The team was able to provide one for us immediately. If you need a crib, make sure that you request it in advance. Two of the three bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The master welcomes easily a couple and is large enough to fit the crib. The second bedroom is comfortable for a single person or a « close couple » as the bed seems to be a double bed, not a queen size bed. The third bedroom is more like a den. It is clean, has a window, but is very small. There is no room for a drawer chest, but there are plenty of shelves and drawers in the hallway right across the bedroom door. Although much smaller than the 2 other bedrooms, the bed and the room overall was comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but “tower fans” are provided in each bedroom, although they have limited air blowing power. We were comfortable at night as it was fresh, but I could foresee some struggle for certain travelers during hot summer nights. The elevator, albeit small, functions very well. Overall, we enjoyed a lot our stay there and I recommend the apartment, especially for it’s great location.

Plus : - nice location - owners very responsive - appartment very clean - welcome bottle - nice and sober decoration - good equipment in kitchen Minus : - second room's bed not confortable at all (need to be changed) - be aware that 3d bedroom only for kids or luggages (so small) - bathroom very small - nothing available in kitchen (basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags, creamer...) only coffee provided with oil : Important when you rent flat with a kitchen, in other places usually we find it. - towels limited (size, quality and number) - our impression is that the price paid was not in full coherence with the overall quality of the flat.

What a fantastic spot!

We're a couple from NYC and we just adored this apartment. It was light and airy and stocked with just about anything we could have wanted. The location is terrific -- just a few minutes' walk to trams and subways -- and the neighborhood has handy grocery, bakery and specialty shops that make it super accessible. The area is very quiet overall; there's a cafe just outside the balcony that has some later-night guests, but they seemed to be gone by 11pm. Our hosts were also terrific; very responsive and eager to assist with information about how to get here from the airport and things to do in the area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Location is great, extras all as requested but the lack of apartment photos on the listing is understood when you arrive. In Summer this is hot with no AC and opening windows just let’s the hot air circulate and the street noise in. With no extended curtains the sun comes in at 5:30am. There is a very small bathroom with no windows & separate toilet so if there’s more than 2 or you it’s crowded. Balcony a plus but at the daily rates charged this is not adequate value

Over sold

Very hot. Very noisy. I wanted to keep our family of five together instead of renting 2 hotel rooms for our stay in Vienna. It was hot during our stay in the city, and they only have three small corner fans for the entire apartment. We stayed one night out of the three we paid for. When we checked out, it was 90° inside. We moved to a hotel. We could not communicate with the property managers because the Wi-Fi went in and out. We never got any responses besides what appeared to be automated responses . You cannot check in at 10 AM. You can only drop off your bags in a porter room. The check-in is at 2 PM. Ourselves, and the other guest did not understand this. Be advised. The location is fine, but do not leave the windows open as it’s above a busy intersection. If the weather is cool, this place would be ok.

Great Location

We stayed in Eva and Michi's apartment in Vienna for 4 nights between the 30th of November and 3rd of December. The apartment was exactly as advertised on the HomeAway website and dealing with Eva was simple and she was there to meet us when we arrived, she also provided information on getting to the apartment from the airport. There was also a welcome bottle of wine and treats in the apartment. The apartment is in a great location just outside the city centre and next to the Naschmarket. It is also close to the Karlsplatz Underground station, supermarkets, local bakery, bars (I would recommend ‘Craft Mule’ on Mühlgasse 20, 1040) and local restaurants. The balcony was great, but we didn’t get the advantages of it due to the weather. Good Wi-Fi as well in the apartment and it was portable if you wanted. I have already recommended the apartment to friends and look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our short stay at Eva and Michi's apartment in Vienna - Eva was there to greet us as we arrived and was a great host. The apartment is spacious, clean and very charming. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine and goody bags with candy (kids were ecstatic) waiting for us - nice touch! Close proximity to downtown. And we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening listening to the sounds of Vienna! Can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Everything in the apartment worked with ease and so central the only time we used public transport was to go to Grinzing. Eva and Michi were great hosts, both in the booking process and while we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Location is stellar - Amenities spot on

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Communication with Michael and Eva was easy, consistent and timely. Michael greeted us at the door as our taxi pulled up. The unit is every bit as wonderful as the pictures show - and more. What a treat to have a balcony to sit out on, whether with morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Having been to Vienna before, I can not imagine a better location. The unit is 5 minutes from the subway station, 3 minutes from a tram stop, 2 minutes to a grocery and 3 minutes to the Nasch Market. On a return trip to Vienna I would attempt to book this location before looking for anything else.

Big apartment- great location

We really enjoyed this apartment in Vienna. It was big - the main bedroom was huge (there are 3) and everything very clean and well appointed. Nice kitchen and a mostly modern / American style bathroom (building really old so bathroom had a toilet area separated from the tub and sink). The owners were great to work with. Best parts of the apt were the number of bars, coffee shops and restaurants within just a few blocks. And Naschemarket- a huge outdoor area of bars and food market. Also appreciated the little clothes washer and LOVED the balcony. We got our Netflix working for an afternoon rest (otherwise not many channels and all in German- but you don't go to Vienna to watch tv). Great stay!

Great place for two couples to stay!

Looks very much like the pictures; lots of privacy and good neighborhood to stay for a few days. Hosts were very nice but not overwhelming. Great stay overall!
