Just off the kitchen, step out to the private patio with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and covered dining space — perfect for evenings outside.

Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms:

Parking for up to 2 vehicles (1 driveway + street parking)
Garage is not available for guest use
No pets, no smoking, no parties or events

There is a self-contained tenant suite located at the back corner of the property with a completely separate entrance. Guests have full private use of the main home and backyard; the tenant does not access guest areas during stays.
