Essential Stay Details

Secure garage parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spaces are built for standard-size vehicles; please notify us if you have a non-standard vehicle to ensure seamless accommodations.

A one-time $390 cleaning fee applies at the time of booking. Optional housekeeper services, including weekly or bi-weekly professional cleaning, can also be easily arranged on an hourly basis to meet your exact preferences.

Important Policies and Notes

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but various other lengths of stay are offered. We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation is refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
