„I was greeted at reception by two very friendly jack russells, a short walk down the veranda bought us to our basic room. 5 quite steep steps down to where we parked our car, which is under cover and outside our room. There is a pub that serves food just minutes walk up the road or a RSL across the road. Free toiletries, a fridge, a microwave, kettle and crockery were all provided along with towels. „Our host was very welcoming, she even left TimTams in the fridge for us. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and airy with loads of natural light. I appreciated that there were a lot of little extras to make our stay comfortable, such as extra towels for the pool and a well-stocked pantry. We will be staying again, Thank you“

„The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free.“

(Shout out to the cleaning staff) The bedding (in some regards, the most important article) was crisp and clean and of pretty damn good quality. The minibar of cleansing products was abundant! (Travellers: stop raiding the free stuff so we can continue to have them) Now, I know the boarding facilities offers but a small increase to the overall income but you seemed to go way beyond to make it equally important as the food and pokies. ...

„The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. “
