Die Toilette der Junior Suite ist etwas übertrieben und aus der Zeit gefallen. Nachhaltigkeit sieht anders aus. Ansonsten alles sehr gut. Service, Zimmer, Lage.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Schloß Versailles
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Schloß Versailles entfernt. Das Superiorzimmer war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Bett ebenfalls sehr bequem. Sehr zufrieden waren wir auch mit dem freundlichem Service und auch das Frühstück war top. Eine sehr gute ins leckere Auswahl und bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Die Zimmer unterm Dach mit Balkon waren sehr Bohemien und wirklich gemütlich. Blick auf Versailles gibt es wohl im rechten Flügel. Da befinden sich aber die Suiten. Im linken Flügel geht der Blick aufs Hotel de Ville. Aber auch sehr schön. Top !!!

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant staff was less welcoming. The room was well furnished and cozy, and the location close to Versailles is unbeatable. Shopping and dining are also within easy walking distance.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! Basically a part of the larger palace complex, very walkable. Close to groceries, coffee and restaurants. Parking is extremely convenient, although you’ll do best with a compact car—there are a limited number of spots and it’s a tight squeeze. Impeccable service and facilities along with location make it highly recommended!

Nice room. Toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which is convenient when traveling with a partner. Good shower with both rain shower head and handheld. Great bed and pillows. 2 free bottles of water daily. Very convenient to walk to Versailles palace and multiple bakeries and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Terrible. Not a chateau and no hammam... Cheap furnishings and fittings. Very basic. Small lobby, small bar. Breakfast, expect no help, we asked for oat cappuccino and were told make your own- fine, but then someone else was served one from the kitchen? There was no oat milk in the machine. They were not interested. The Sauna and steam were FILTHY. As I walked in, someone had taken a shower and there were HUGE puddles on the floor and I nearly fell. I then went to the sauna for a few mins as it was -3 outside and my body was stiff and whilst I was sat in the sauna a poor man came in to area and slipped because of the puddles on thr floor from the shower leadinh to the main door. Shen I opened the door to the steam room, the smell of BO was so vast and when I looked on floor, there were tonnes of body hair. It was disgusting. There were no towels in the sauna/gym area and NO water there so I had to dash to my bedroom before I passed out. I think the no water thing was most worrying for me. This wasn't a cheap hotel, I could have stayed at the Waldorf for same price. We had no help with our luggage either. No welcome drink. There were no bathrobes as stated in the booking. Bad experience, skip it. Tacky, underwhelming.

The hotel was very good and the staff were incredible. however when I arrived in the room, there was a tampon in the toilet. I am aware mistakes happen apart from that small mistake the hotel was amazing, location was perfect right next to the palace.

The Hotel Le Louis Versailles Chateau L'M Gallery was both beautiful and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help and assist you. The location is absolutely perfect! You are only a five minute walk from The Palace of Versailles, and several local souvenir shops and cafes. I highly recommend this hotel to any and all people traveling.
