sehr angenehmes Hotel im Okanangan-Valley
Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße ist dies ein sehr angenehmes, ruhiges Hotel mit sehr großen Zimmern und Betten. Der Indoor-Pool ist auch klasse! Ruhige Zimmer sind die, die nicht zum Pool hingehen! WC/Dusche könnte größer sein, aber da das Waschbecken "ausgelagert" davor liegt, kommt man sich eigentlich nicht in die Quere. Rundherum gibt es reichlich Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten.

This is the second time we book this hotel with our family because it is clean, has a nice pool and the staff is very helpful, breakfast was amazing and the room and shower are very spacious. 😁

Room was really great, fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed. Took awhile to figure out the tv, maybe an instruction sheet for the tv would be an idea. The ice machine was in the pool area and I had to ask where it was. Again an information sheet would have been helpful. The vending machine was sold out, with the really hot weather it was inconvenient.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They dealt with any situation right away, and made us feel very comfortable during our six night stay. The only thing that would have been nice, would be to have had a different variety of breakfast options on different mornings, as it was the exact same breakfast choices every day.

The rooms are nice and spacious but the bathroom needs an update, the toilets are tiny and the tub tap has 2 different hot and cold settings, the floor is very old/worn dirty look, no plug for bathroom sink. Other than that the propert is very nice and the room itself was great, beds were very clean and comfortable.

I was very happy with my stay here. The room was very clean & the staff checked my room every day. The bed and pillows were awesome. The parking was good and convenient. It was quiet during my stay. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thumbs up!!!

The room was an inside room, next to the noisy indoor pool, no outside window, had to walk along the pool to exit outside. We would have preferred a room with a door on the outside and a window to view outside. The bathroom required renovation. Will not be booking again.

For an older hotel it has been well maintained. One of our group stayed in a wheelchair accessible room by the lobby. It was very clean and spacious. Our room was in the atrium overlooking the pool. Our room was also very clean and recently updated. If I was to give a critique it would be that they used harsher chemicals in the room, due to its location next to a very humid location. For people who have respiratory issues, a room in this location might not be best. But as a whole the Hotel was Great.

I did not like any of my stay except for the front desk ladies. I entered my room and it was substandard. I was also charged 20 a night for my tiny dog yet the room had a hole in the wall, the transition strip for the flooring was sitting on the sink with the screws. It was a tripping g hazard. The king size bed was worn out as well. It had big dips on one side and a rise in mattress down the centre. Did not sleep well. The hot tub was not maintained well. I went into ot and the fumes burned my eyes and lungs. The exhaust fan was filthy and not working consistently when it should be running constantly once jets are on. It was a health hazard and I complained to staff and suggested they close it as it was unsafe.

Loved the price. Loved that it had a pool and served breakfast, the girl at check in seemed unhappy and irritated? The girl at checkout was.kind and smiled. The pool was fun but the hot tub was questionable.... was smelly and needed a paint job but my kids still enjoyed it. Liked the food options and the room was nice and clean.

Motel set up ( which would be fine if modernized) that has seen better days. Surprised for the brand that the pride of ownership wasn’t there. Ripped curtain sheers, mold around bathtub faucet, saggy mattress. At least it was quiet for sleeping through the night.

The walls felt paper thin, you could hear every noise from the rooms around you. Breakfast was not worth your time, pancakes were cold and sitting on the counter in a Tupperware container when we arrived at 8:40. The hotel bordered the Wendy’s drive through so not really the nicest view, and it felt like a seedier part of the city.

Horrified might be the word to sum it up. I stayed three nights. The first night the lamp flickered and went off, so in the morning, when I pulled the side table from the wall, the electrical plate fell off the outlet. I plugged the lamp into the second plug in the outlet. The connection is obviously poor and is a fire risk if not rewired properly. The room was just reno'd, I hope they used actual electrical contractors. The foyer and breakfast area was in process of being renovated as well, the fumes in there were shocking. Zero ventilation was provided, but employees kept working and food was served in this area still. The fumes were so strong, I chose not to eat the food provided there. On night two, the person in the unit above me decided to start throwing furniture around and swearing loudly about killing people just past midnight. He did sound very drunk. After half an hour of this, I left the room to go knock on his door to ask him to quiet down. He didn't respond. My room key didn’t work to get back in my room, and I didn’t have my phone on me, so I had to walk to find someone with a cell phone to call the motel to make a new room card for me, past midnight. I felt horrible about waking them and incredibly stupid for leaving my room without a second card and without a coat, thinking I'd just be a minute asking the person above me to stop yelling and banging on the floor. I did not sleep much the rest of that night, or the next. I would not go back to stay here.

Good stay
My card was charged 3 times by their system before I arrived, even though I had opted to pay at the property. I know technology isn’t always great but I don’t necessarily like waiting to make sure the refunds actually go through and having a bunch of charges on my credit card just sitting there. Otherwise the location was great and rooms were clean. Front desk was friendly and nice

Check in took a bit as the was a boys hockey teams checking in as well. No worries. Had to request new towels as ours had handprints, toothpaste residue and were very grey for a "white" towel. The water temperature control knob in the tub/shower was broken and needed to be replaced, so unable to shower first morning as water was scalding hot. Towel rack above toilet fell off wall when pulling towel off, requires tightening or replacing. No stopper for the bathroom sink.

Positive is the staff was very friendly. However, beds were so uncomfortable, bedding had stains, bathtub was dirty, and room just overall felt grimy. I would never choose to stay here again. Like I said the staff was friendly and welcoming. They really need to work on cleanliness to make the guest feel at home.
