Disappointing and expensive experience
I would not recommend this place. It was not as described and is definitely not worth the 470EUR paid for 2 nights Unlike description : 1/ The place is much smaller than 40M2 2/ Room is not cleaned on a daily basis 3/ There is no heater (AC has low flow), and we were cold every night 4/ The hot water tank is for one and half person max, so again cold 5/ For breakfast : only 2 croissants .. for 2, for 2 nights, for 470 EUR ? 6/ They charged the luggage storage arguing it is handles by another company. Looking at the receipt it was easy to see that is the exact same company that managed our stay. All in all, disappointing and expensive experience

Vernazza and the Zia Rina were the perfect home base for our stay in Cinque Terre. Our apartment was mere steps (and I do mean up and down steps) from the waterfront, town square, shopping and restaurants. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and included a well appointed kitchenette with coooktop and small fridge. You could certainly pick up groceries and cook meals if you like. They also thoughtfully supplied complementary biscuits, coffee and tea. The check in office was a quick walk from the train station and the process was seamless. We loved the many shops and restaurants in town and hopped between villages via a train pass. We also suggest seeing the coast by boat. Our best tip is to watch the sunset from a beach bar on Monterosso and then hop the train back to Vernazza and watch the sun set yet again from a hillside restaurant, preferably with a cocktail in hand. Thank you Zia Rina for a lovely experience in Cinque Terre.
