➞ The apartment has been finished to a high standard with contemporary furnishings throughout and well equipped for a self catering stay on the Isle Of White.

1. Short or long stays welcome, business and corporate use, singles, couples, families welcome.

2. We do not accommodate stag, hen or similar all male/female groups. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings when we deem this to be the case.

3. There is compulsory cleaning charge of £50.00 for each per rental period.

4. Guests can pay for additional cleans at a cost of £50.00 per clean.

5. There is one allocated parking space available for guests

6. All guest must provide photo ID (passport/drivers license) prior to check in. This a separate requirement from Airbnb's own verification process.
