„Perfect location. Central to the island. Room was cool ..clean and quiet even above a pub. Breakfast was lovely“

„We had the loveliest time staying with Mandy and Marc. All the little details were perfect - from the cosy, well equipped bedroom and the spacious, clean bathroom to the delicious breakfast and friendly, homely feeling throughout. They offered us lifts to and from the ferry, which was so kind and also accommodated our slightly later breakfast time. We will 100% stay here again next time we’re on the Isle of Wight. “

„We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Buddle Inn on the beautiful Isle of Wight, and we can confidently say that it is a hidden gem! Location-wise, the Buddle Inn boasts a stunning setting, nestled against breathtaking coastal views and surrounded by the natural beauty of the island. It's the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the scenery, especially with a drink in hand. The food and drinks were great. „Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.“

„Excellent staff - very friendly and nice communal bar area. For me the double bed was a bit narrow and the continental breakfast buffet a little limited but otherwise a very pleasant stay.“

„The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Great food.“

„Sehr netter Service. Sehr gutes Essen. Euhige Lage mut Parkplatz direkt Hotel.

„Liked everything with one exception. We had booked a superior double room. Upon arrival we were told we were being upgraded. The room was dominated by a super king size bed. There were 4 large lamps and 2 overhead bedside lamps. However no chair and no fridge. I enquired and unfortunately they did not have a spare fridge. I expected a chair and fridge in a superior room.“

„The room its self was clean but very tired. It was very cold as the window/door lets in a draught (old building) but we were provided with a large blanket on arrival but the electric fire in the room was more for decoration rather than heat. The staff were happy to help with our requests for extra towels and coffee. It was a very unique experience.“

„Like other people have already mentioned, there is no Hotel staff on site so you're pretty much left to your own devices. When checking in I was greeted by the restaurant’s chef who had to phone someone to come and bring the keys to my room which included a ten minute wait.
Since the rooms are located above the restaurant, it is quite loud in the evening and late at night – especially when your room faces the street and people leave the restaurant talking loudly. I had a problem during my stay ...
