The villa features a spacious, light-filled living area, fully air-conditioned and oriented toward the terrace, garden, and pool.

Upon entering, you will discover a fluid and welcoming space including a large, comfortable living room, a convivial dining area, and an open-plan kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living area.

Sleeping area

Villa Nova offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing an ideal layout to ensure everyone’s comfort and privacy.

The master suite benefits from its own private space. It includes a comfortable bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

The two other bedrooms are connected by a shared bathroom, accessible directly from each room. A separate toilet completes this sleeping area.

This configuration is particularly suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends wishing to stay together while maintaining independent spaces.

The entire house is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant temperature and comfortable nights even during the hottest periods.

The property has a private entrance.

A closed garage is at your disposal, along with two additional outdoor parking spaces.

The garage is also equipped with a reinforced charging outlet for an electric vehicle.

You can easily park several vehicles directly within the property.
