The large, open-plan living area features an industrial style and decor with a large bay window opening onto the terrace. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, Cookeo multi-cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, and small appliances such as a kettle and toaster) and a dining area with a central island. The lounge area includes a sofa, two armchairs, a television, a foosball table, and for entertainment, a soundbar, a Google Home speaker, and a Wii game console. The entrance hall leads to a shower room with toilet, a separate toilet, and three bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two bunk beds. The washing machine, vacuum cleaner, brooms, bucket, iron, and ironing board are located in the garage, where you can also store motorcycles, bicycles, or other recreational equipment you may bring during your stay. Your vehicle will be parked on the property in the designated outdoor area. Bed linens and towels are provided. For your comfort, the beds are made upon your arrival.
