We a venezia. Al di sotto delle aspettative
Check in cortese e disponibile. Appartamento al di sotto delle aspettative , pessimo rapporto qualita prezzo anche considerando che siamo a venezia. Cucina non e presente nelle foto e si capisce perché. Bagno datato e doccia mal funzionante . Al prezzo proposto non accetabile

Son departamentos sin recepción, te tienes que comunicar al teléfono que te proporcionan para decirles a qué hora vas a llegar, te cobran 150€ por la limpieza del departamento y si llegas después de las 8 de la noche te cobran 50€ más, el lugar está bien, la limpieza buena, muy buena ubicación pero para la próxima definitivamente voy a elegir un hotel.

hello you have booked an apartment, not an hotel, so it should be obvious that there is no reception. All the extra fees are indicated online and you can check those information before booking
