Super Deal in einer Super Stadt
Eine perfekte Unterkunft in einem äußerst netten Viertel. In der Nähe nette und gute Lokale und die Via Garibaldi in 5 Gehminuten Entfernung ist ein Dorf in der Stadt. Das Appartment ist herrlich, erfrischend altmodisch und passt so gut in diese Stadt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist perfekt. Jederzeit wieder.

Shower leaked. Elevator doesnt work well. Host doesnr care, all he cared about was collecting fees and insisted upon cash only. Issues with elevator should be made known. After we reached he didnt want us to use it and wanted us to climb 4 flights of steps. He wasnt bothered about our comfort or issues was pressing for collecting fees in cash and disappearing. Also didn't care to consider checkin or bad drop off before 3pm. With this kind of customer service i do not recommend stayinv here. Note it is also expensive to get to by boat.

The place and the location is good, however the check in process is a pain as there’s nobody in the property and I was not send the instructions promptly. I tried several times to call the phone numbers they provided did not work, even the cafe downstairs helped us to call but the phone were disconnected. We used the Expedia app and they answered there. We had to wait a while for someone to arrive and a lady showed up, not even apologized for the delay and questioned why we were not happy.

Il y a eu un petit souci d'eau chaude et les propriétaires ont changé la chaudière en 24h un exploit, ils sont très à l'écoute et le gîte est très propre. Il manque juste un peu de matériel pour cuisiner.

A pochi passi da S Marco ma in un punto veramente tranquillo. Appartamento 100mq (6 posti letto), molto bello e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort ( caldaia a gas no scaldabagno). L'accoglienza è stata sorridente e simpatica. Se disponibile va prenotato.

Absolument parfait !!
Très grand logement, sur la magnifique place de l Arsenal, ultra calme, bar juste en bas pour déjeuner. Dans le quartier plus authentique de Castello mais quand même à 2 pas de San Marco. Les quais et les jardins juste à côté pour de magnifiques balades en soirée. Appartement très moderne, très confortable... Parfait !

Nous recommandons cet appartement
Très bien situé près de l’Arsenal, appartement bien équipé, nous avons logé l’appartement du 4e étage, il y a un ascenseur. Tout près de l’arrêt pour vaporetto. Près des musées,restaurants, épiceries.

amazing stay at the Arsenale Square
absolutely lovely apartment, everything spacious and nice, and very nicely located on a small square with view on the canal and Arsenale; very, very friendly and helpful hosts - also before arriving; the apartment is just opposite the Arsenale entrance for the Bienale area, which was amazing as we went the for bienale preview.

Excellent choice.
Everything was as stated in the description and pictured in the photos. Take care because through Hotels.com you will be asked to pay 40 euros for cleaning fees plus the local tax.

nice apartaments,close to many places
apartaments in very good place. clean enought. only many stairs to the top apartaments (lift is realy small,only for baggage) many mosquitos at night,if windows open. :) host was lovely,was waiting for us 2 hours! very helpful. thank's! would recommend this place.

Nice stay but noisy
It would have been great if less noisy. There was work done in the building at 8am (hammer and drill). And the building is noisy: you hear everything that other people do above or under your apartment. The one factor that had made me choose that accommodation was that it was supposed to be a bit remote, in a quieter area of Venice. But they shouldn't use drills and hammers at 8am.

Dear guest, We appreciate you comments and suggestion as we always strive to give the best service as possible to our guests. In regards to the workers using drill and hammer, it was only the first day of your stay that there was the inconvenience of the noise in the early morning. We apologised immediately and ordered the workers to start working at 10.30 am the next days, so you could enjoy a nice sleep for the rest of your week. Séjour parfait
Séjour très positif, le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Il nous a fait rentrer en avance dans l'appartement et à prolonger également l heure de sortie. Très disponible Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Situé idéalement, endroit calme. Manque éventuellement de produits de base tels que sel, poivre, huile vinaigre, sopalin.. À part ça, nous le conseillons fortement.

Situation de l'appartement idéal, à seulement 10 minutes de la place St Marc et aussi proche de tous les commerces de bouche. Endroit très calme, fenêtres neuves double vitrage. Contact très sympathique avec le loueur, facile à trouver et à 2 minutes du vaporetto qui va à l'aéroport ou autres destinations. Pour l'appartement point positifs : tout est neuf - très bonne literie - meubles Ikéa mais neufs - frigo, four avec micro onde, lave vaisselle, télé, sèche cheveux, serviettes, table 4 places, grands espaces de vie, bien décoré - chauffage efficace. Points négatifs : Pas de bols (seulement des tasses) - pas de louche - pas de réserve de papier toilette - ascenseur très lent (4ème étage) - une fenêtre de toit velux au dessus du lit avec un store occultant qui n'occulte rien, gênant pour ceux qui comme nous aimons l'obscurité pour dormir.

Pour ce qui concerne la cuisine, on a bien acheté beaucoup de nuoveaux accessoires. Des cette façon, nos clients peuvent etre completment satisfaits de ce que on offre.
