Dear Mrs Anna, thank you for your opinion. We are happy to hear that you appreciate our hotel built in the middle of the green golf course with its stunning views of the mountains. The large glass panels in the central part of the hotel can provide really intense heat inside on bright sunny summer days and it is necessary to use air conditioning. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our hotel restaurant offer. Our chef and his skilled team put together a varied menu twice a year so that the meals are always made with fresh ingredients and each guest has a possibility to choose. Furthermore, our restaurant is an allergy-friendly restaurant that tries to respect various diets and the fact that there has been an increase in food allergies. Our guests usually contact us regarding their special requests in advance. Each month we prepare an offer made with seasonal ingredients and a sensibly-priced weekly menu. High quality food served at our restaurant as well as attentive service are very important to us. During your stay a corporate event took place including all-day catering in the restaurant and there were tables set for our guests in front of the bar with club plates and napkins.
