Casa Maralesi is located on the second floor of a villa in the center of Veglie. A private outdoor courtyard allows for convenient car parking.
The two-room apartment is accessible by a spiral staircase leading to a large terrace furnished with outdoor lounge, table, chairs, umbrella and curtains, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
The house has simple and finished rooms, consisting of two units: a kitchen with access from the outside, and 1 quadruple room furnished with double bed + bunk bed, complemented by a shower room. There is air conditioning and TV in the room.

Veglie allows you to reach the beaches of the Ionian coast such as Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo in just 10 minutes by car, an ideal solution for those who want to reach the sea in a short time but vacation in a quiet area.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 10 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
