The apartment was very clean and provided us with beach towels and chairs. A lot of cute little cats in the area as well. Sparse kitchen utensils for cooking food. Otherwise a great place to stay at for board/corporate retreats, as long as you have a place elsewhere for meetings. Close to some of the best restaurants and shops in Carolina (bistro café, Ferrari Italian restaurant,Mande restaurant and the famous 787 coffee. „Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. Considering price and location, this is a good stay.“

„The house is better than advertised. Plenty of room for our group of 7 people. I believe you can host up to 12 people and not feel cramped. Location is great. The beach is maybe 100 feet, its that close. The house is in a gated community so the exterior gate allows you access without having to deal with the security gate. „We celebrated our 7th annual family FathersDay. It was easy directions and access to the house. The home was peaceful, away from people and secure. The pool was smaller than we expected and we did have wifi connection issues. The view was beautiful in the sun and in the rain. Communication with the host was instantaneous. They were very accommodating. My family loved the hammock!!! My granddaughter left behind her Coach purse and they promised to mail it to my home. ❤️ 😍“

Everything was very clean . The two rooms towards the back were very hot no AC units in them but we bought fans for both rooms & it was fine . „This property was perfect for our family vacation. The property is in a great location, only minutes away from Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, casino. Only 30 mins away from San Juan. „This house is so beautiful. There were 8 in our group which included 2 young children. It has so much space to gather, eat dinner together, and just hang out. The outdoor space is well maintained and beautiful. Plenty of seating and the pool was easy to enter and perfect for children and adults. The host was amazing and easily available.“
