Near Villefranche-sur-Saône, traditional gîte just 800m from the centre of village. The house faces that of the owners but has open views. Peaceful setting. Warm welcome. 1st floor (single level access at the back) : small entrance hall, open plan living room (kitchen/ dining/ lounge areas, TV with foreign channels). 1 bedroom (160 x 200cm double bed and single bed). Half-floor below : hall, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds) (1 bedroom with 3 single beds, own shower room and WC) (1 bedroom with 4 single beds, own shower room and Wc). Shower room. Wc (2 stairs for access). Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, changing mat, small bathtube, potty). Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied free. Ground floor : lounge/play room (small kitchen area, football table). Wc (washbasin). Outdoors : large raised terrace (sun terrace) with sun loungers, deck chairs, private garden (grass) with outdoor furniture (tables, benches), stone barbecue (vine shoots and vine stocks provided), boules. Small extra room with table, coat hangers, wooden chest (perfect to store hiking equipments). Small fishing lake on site (fishing depends on the water level, owners lend 2 simple fishing rods on request), many walks around. Field available nearby. For renting of two consecutive weeks, owners offer a complete isothermal backpack for picnic of 4 people (you can take it for outings/hikings with family or friends). On request, at the last minute, the gîte can be rented partially.
