„Beautiful property to stay at. Loved that they had some toys for my son to play with while we were there. They had board games as well. The mini split system in the kitchen and living room did lag quite a bit. We had to “turn off” the unit multiple times before it would actually turn off.“

„Nice and relaxing“

„Very communicative and helpful staff! Quiet, nice neighborhood. The shared kitchen was a convenient nice bonus. Will come back again.“

„It's quite fine for a short stay. Unfortunately the state of my room was a bit ran down and some strange smell would keep returning. Also the price was too high for the accommodation. Paying close to 200USD per night I would expect personnel on-site, a reception, daily cleaning and better kept state. However, Seattle prices for accommodation are unreasonably high in general. “

„Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. „The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!“

„Love this room and wish I had the time to use the common spaces as they were very clean, cozy and inviting!“

„This is a beautiful home with a nice view to enjoy a relaxing evening or a coffee on the deck in the morning. A perfect place to enjoy Seattle. Conveniently located on the bus line making it easy and inexpensive to take a trip to downtown Seattle. Delicious restaurants within a quick drive of the home.Thank you for sharing your home with us.“

„Private room and private bath. Rooms have a small fridge, AC unit, and nespresso machine. Shared washer/dryer and kitchen Great place and Vince was great as well.“

„The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking.“
