„Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus zu einem rezeptionsfreien Hotel umgebaut. Alles neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Klasse! Die Lage ist etwas abseits (1x über den Berg zum Zentrum) aber wer wie wir das Laufen nicht scheut, kann sein Auto hinter dem Haus parken und alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben Seattle in 1,5 Tagen abgelaufen. Schon kein schlechtes Gewissen beim nächsten Cheeseburger ;-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.“

„The address was not right. It took me to a park. I found a second address and did walking directions and it took me to a neighborhood next to the park that did not have the address. I found a mail lady walking near by and even she couldn't locate it. They didn't answer their phone or text messages!!! Pretty sure it was a scam “

Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between ...

„We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. “

„The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.“

„It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants.“

„Exceptionally nice spot. Super quiet. Tidy and well-decorated. A little hideaway from a busy city worked wonders. Highly recommended alternative for 1-2 people who want to be centrally located to greater Seattle, but avoid the hectics of a downtown hotel. Owners are super helpful. Great communications. Will stay again for sure. “

"Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit allerdings kleinem Zimmer, das durch die alten Fenster recht laut war. Der Roomservice wurde trotz Wunsch beim Check-Inn und nach zweimaliger Rückfrage bei 3 Nächten Aufenthalt nicht aktiv. "

"Die Unterkunft an sich ist Super, top Service , sauberes Zimmer, Parkhaus direkt nebenan 45$/24h , aber , die angrenzende Bar die Teil des Hotels ist katastrophal, uns wurde keine letzte Runde angekündigt , als wir einen Longdrink bestellen wollten wurde uns gesagt nur shots möglich , diesen habe ich bestellt und in meine Cola gemischt , darauf hin wurde mir beides weggenommen und die Rechnung presentiert , meiner Freundin wurde nach weiteren 5 min ihr Wasser weg genommen mit der Aussage wir schließen jetzt. BTW jede andere Person in der Bar hatte noch Drinks , sogar teilweise mehrere….. schon ziemlich dreist "

"Das Hotel hatte alles, was man braucht. Gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie öffentlicher Verkehr fast vor der Tür. Zur Space Needle waren es 10 min zu Fuß. Auch zu Lake Union nur 10 Min. Das Frühstück war mit 20 $ hervorragend, frisch und sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel, sowie das Zimmer, waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alles wurde durch ein Tablet bedient, Klimaanlage, TV oder Rollos. Das Hotel ist einfach nur zu empfehlen!"
