„It looks like a 5 star resort the room is so clean and location is just 10 min walk to the beach“

„Arrived in the evening to a warm and friendly welcome. Gracious host offered food and time to relax. Bathroom needs work, but a lovely if brief stay, otherwise.“

„Clean and spacious room. The balcony was also spacious. Had a really good time staying there. If you are looking for something clean spacious and budget friendly, just go for this property.“

„I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. „Really sweet spot just off the beach up a commerce alley. Jishnu the host was very nice and helpful with getting comfortable. Hot shower if you want it - but I’ve learned to love taking cold showers here - and the bathroom was perfectly clean and well appointed. I will be back here at the Gypsy next year for sure.“

I was excited to stay here, and the building did have the basics in place e.g. nice and clean building, rooms and bathrooms; and very conveniently located close to the north cliff (i.e. all the cafes etc.), but that's about it. Very poor/choppy wi-fi on the upper floor, mobile data didn't work either (so nightmare for remote work on top floor) and the staff wasn't really helpful / communicative / alert about the guests or hospitality.
