Beautiful condo in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, a sub-penthouse unit with two bedrooms, walk-in closet and large patio!
The 790sqf condo has an open kitchen, engineered hardwood flooring, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, BBQ & seating area on the patio with South-western exposure and amazing views of the North Shore Mountains from the 31st floor.
Sleeps 2 in each of the 2 bedrooms.
We are located in Chinatown, with very close proximity to the office area of Downtown Vancouver and at the doorstep of Roger Arena, BC Place, Parq and Edgewater Casinos for all your entertainment needs!
Chinatown boasts some of the city's best restaurants, shopping, and cultural sights, and is just steps away from amazing locations such as Gastown and False Creek having a Walk Score of 99/100 & a Transit Score of 100/100.
Enjoy a bike ride down the seawall which is 5 minutes away.
During the winter season, you’re in for a treat: there are 3 ski resorts within a short distance, Mount Seymour, Grouse Mountain and Cypress Mountain!
Moreso, Whistler Blackcomb is only a 2-hour drive away.
Hiking trails are all around for any age and any level!
Stay for a great vacation or for the weekend!
Nearby stores include T&T, Costco, Rexall, Starbucks, Blenz, 7Eleven, Catfe, Liquor Store and several restaurants from pizza to sushi, vegetarian, vegan.

HOUSE RULES:
No events allowed. No smoking allowed. Rate valid for 4 guests. Additional guests incur further fees and must be confirmed with host.
Building amenities are open to bookings made for 1 month minimum per Strata regulation.
Any additional fees incurred by guest, like movies or additional channels ordered from the unit tv, excessive garbage, any inventory items - broken or missing, will be charged to the guest. The unit has no central air conditioning; Strata is looking into it as of summer 2024.

Amazing

Thank You. We will be out at 11. We had a wonderful time at the house and it was perfect for what we needed! The views were amazing and we spent most of our time on the deck! The property owner was very responsive to messages and flexible with our arrival time due to flight arrivals. The house was clean and provided everything that we needed! The only thing to note (not enough for us to be a negative) The house was a bit hot and the portable AC struggled to cool the condo. We would all stay here again if we came back to visit for longer!

Comfortable and convenient

We made a final stop in Vancouver to finish our trip to Alaska. Our hosts were very accommodating and made our stay perfect. I am not very adept with the digital world and did not manage to include the correct number of folks staying. I also had problems with my phone so communication on my side was not smooth. Anya was very understanding. We enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the balcony!

Convenient for Cruise-goer

We stayed here before our Alaskan cruise and were able to walk to the cruise port. The host was easy to communicate with, welcomed us, and gave us some Vancouver tips. The apartment has an amazing view and great balcony. It’s very near Gastown, and the only downside is that it is near a not so nice area, but if you just don’t walk that way, you are totally fine. Asian grocery store right below!

What more could I ask for. The view is amazing an the is pizza and coffee right ouside the front entrance. We were less than a 5 minute walk to the venue for our show. Rogers arena. The gost could bot have been nicer. Marcel even came and helped us with out luggage.

Beautiful spot in the middle of downtown Vancouver.

Ended a cruise in the city and stayed a couple extra days. This spot fit our needs perfectly, the apartment was well-appointed and the view is incredible. Just a couple blocks from the hop-on hop-off bus stop in Chinatown. A few blocks from the water taxi to Granville Island. In nice secure area of town. Felt the price was super reasonable for what the apartment offered. Stayed there with my elderly mother and teenager and both ageeed it was fabulous.

Perfect Vancouver accommodation!!

My family stayed at this condo recently for 15 nights. The location was great (easy access to bike/walking trails and walking distance to many downtown attractions), the views were amazing, and the condo was as described and well stocked with everything we needed. The building was clean and safe and we never heard any neighbours. Parking is not allocated but there is plenty of guest parking and we always found a spot. The host checked us in personally and checked in via text a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. This is now at the top of our list for Vancouver family accommodations!

Nice get away in mountains

Awesome view, nice spacious property for a couple or couple with small kids. Great location in terms of proximity to visit important places. Good parking availability. Our trip was in June and weather and temperature was great sunny 60s and 70s. Marcel and his family were great host. Grocery store also very close by for day to day needs.

Top of the World!

The condo, on the 31st floor of the building, was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous balcony in the SW corner that provided amazing views of Canada Place and to the Rogers Arena in the other direction. We could walk everywhere, including Stanley Park and to the Aqua Taxi to go to Granville Island. There's a grocery store and coffee cafe right outside the condo entrance and dozens of great restaurants within walking distance. Our host was kind and communicative. We had a great stay.
