Single-Bedroom Loft with a Twist for Couples. Breathtaking View of the Downtown!

Welcome to our sultry sanctuary in the heart of downtown Vancouver on vibrant Seymour Street. Our single-bedroom loft with a twist is perfect for couples seeking luxury, sensuality, and a breathtaking view of the downtown skyline. The living spaces are adorned with tasteful artwork, creating an environment that stimulates the mind and the senses. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to indulge in culinary delights, whether preparing a romantic dinner for two.

Guests have access to the entire unit, building amenities (patio with grill, amenity kitchen, workspace, gym and roof deck!) and a gated parking spot for one vehicle.

SLEEPING
With room for up to three guests, the accommodations feature a king-size bed on the second floor with a mirrored ceiling above it and a sofa in the living room.

SELF CHECK-IN
I won't bother you with my presence and will provide you with a self-check-in option. Upon your arrival, you will need to buzz to open the front door and unlock the elevator. The unit door will open using an individual access code for my smart lock.

My unit has a front door-facing camera for security purposes.
It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound; videos are only recorded if problems occur. There are no other cameras inside the property.
I understand that this may bother you, so I'll be happy to provide a screenshot from the camera showing what area is being filmed.
