Tranquil and upscale Penthouse with king bed, and two bathrooms - with water views and solarium. The perfect place for a romantic get-away, or a staycation in the city. Located on the seawall, in the prestigious Beach District - with a $4 million spinning outdoor chandelier hanging steps from the entrance of the building. A sexy jacuzzi tub, and a stand up shower for two- this is the place to come when you need that special time for you and yours. Central location, free parking and extra touches.

This large 1 bedroom 2 bathroom + den/patio PENTHOUSE condo. This rare find includes all the necessities for a romantic and relaxing vacation. Features include water views, south-facing patio, extra-large bedroom that accommodates a king size bedroom furniture and cozy fireplace. Incredible Beach District location is steps to the seawall, Fresh Street Market and all the conveniences of living in the city. This boutique concrete building includes a concierge, fitness room, and bike storage.

We are proud to offer a 'honeymoon package', or 'romance package'. These may include chilled champagne toast on arrival, fresh flowers in your room, and delicious chocolates or strawberries. Please tell us your preferences, and we will assist in any way we can to make this a special stay. We can also arrange any "romantic surprises" or set ups at your request.

Basic included: Sparkling juice or champagne toast, flower petals, chocolates, slippers, and small gift.

Iman was a great host and met us upon check in to give us a tour. Great apartment with lovely views and plenty of space for the two of us - I especially loved having two bathrooms (jacuzzi was nice to relax in) and the bed was comfortable. Location was also super ideal - right next to the Seawall (we did almost nightly walks to watch the sunset), also right next to aquabus to go over to Granville Island, and 20 min walk to Robson or 30 min walk to Canada place, also very easy and not expensive to uber around to various places if we were too tired. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Awesome vacation condo

Perfect location for walking and biking. Everything you need in condo or within walking a very short distance. Vancouver has so much to see and the owner of condo and Canadians are so friendly. Highly recommend this property.

Hidden Gem

Our first visit to Vancouver, abs our entry could not have been more special. The penthouse suite had lovely additions including wine, flowers on the bed, bath salts for the jacuzzi and, of course m, Iman’s personal touch. Despite being delayed over an hour, he showed us around the place, recommended great places to eat and made us feel very welcome.

Great location

This property is located within a short AquaBus ferry ride to Granville Island and has views of the island. Located just a short block from the False River there is an amazing walking/running path along the water that goes for miles. The property was very clean and comfortable. Iman met us at check in to assist with parking and provide information. We were very happy with our stay.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Granville Public Market, downtown, excellent cafes and restaurants and numerous parks are all minutes if not steps, away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed with anything you might imagine you might need for a stay of a few days or a few weeks. Communications and check in were excellent. We had to leave early because of a family emergency back home, but look forward to visiting again and staying longer next time!!!

Ideal Neighbor & Apartment

Iman is an excellent host. We can’t say enough about his hospitality and willingness to make our stay the best. The apartment is in an ideal location. Really beautiful neighborhood. And a really good market is close by. We loved the bread we bought from there. The place is really clean and the shower is excellent. We’re coffee drinkers and liked having all the various ways to brew coffee at our fingertips. We ended up using the drip coffee maker and Iman’s coffee, which was excellent. It was nice having two bathrooms so two people could spread out their stuff. Also, we really appreciated the cotton bed linen. It was hot while we were there and 100% cotton sheets are the best for hot weather. The place was comfortable and we loved the views. Iman provides you with a lot of stuff & it was nice having some of the basic cooking ingredients be available. And you’re less than a five-minute walk from the sea wall and the ferry to Granville Island, which we highly recommend. And one more most important thing is Iman provided us with a bottle of wine. In the end, we really appreciated this because we didn’t realize you have to go to a state liquor store to buy alcohol, including beer & wine. Again, it was another thoughtful touch that made our stay much easier.

Check in was right on time, with a very thorough walk through of the apartment. It was well stocked: all the cooking equipment you could want; spices, and coffee, tea, cream etc to get you through your first morning. Lots of tourist info. The owner responds instantly to any questions, even dumb ones! This is a professional operation, not someone’s side hustle. Location is absolutely perfect with the ferries, a bus stop and the sea wall within one block.

Great Stay/Great Host

Enjoyed our time in this property. The host was outstanding. Great communication and has thought of everything. If you forgot something, they more than likely have it for you. Fantastic location. My only complaint had to with the weather. We were there during a heat wave and there was only a small portable A/C. Later afternoons were a little uncomfortable for me, but we were out during that time and it was perfect at night. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Best location especially if you enjoy walking places. 5 minutes to Granville Island sea bus. 15-20 minutes to Yaletown. 20 minutes to Coal Harbour and 15-20 minutes to English Bay. Someplace interesting in each of 4 directions with lots to see and great restaurants.

BEST VRBO Experience & BEST Vancouver Location

I think the title says it ALL! Iman and Ashley are the best VRBO hosts I've ever encountered. Excellent job in staying in contact and answering all questions we had. Their unit is a perfectly situated right across the aquabus station across Granville Market. It is a very clean and stocked 1 bedroom place with great views. Everything you needed, they had and more. We stayed a total of 8 nights and they even gave us maid service in between to keep place clean. If I ever wanted to buy a place there, this is the location and complex I would buy in! Iman and Ashley, so wonderful to meet you and thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We will definitely be back soon.
