„This property exceeded our expectations in every way!“

„It was a perfect house, location, and service for celebrating my dads 88th birthday!!! We loved the porches, hot tub, the view, and the cattle! It was lovely.“

„Good location to restaurants and attractions. Easy check in. Good response time to communications. Several bath linens were dirty, poorly cleaned. Was greeted by a dehumidifier by the nightstand and 70% humidity in the house. Had to empty the dehumidifier 4x, 1 gallon each time, during our 2 night stay, to keep the humidity at bay. Nice place but didn’t expect doing maintenance during our stay.“

„I enjoyed this as a one-person rental. It does technically sleep as many as five, but it would not be comfortable to do any “hanging out” indoors with five. The couch only seats two. It is on the same property as a larger home and would be great as extra beds or privacy for that home. It’s a creative tiny house. It was very peaceful and quiet. The outdoor space was charming, but check to be sure the cushions in the furniture have dried out before you expect to use them. The road and driveway are ...

„We loved it. Hot tub was an added bonus. A very special location.“

„We loved our stay! Beautiful view!“

„Rental is in a very pretty and secluded spot. Host was very kind about my misunderstandings regarding rules and times. Very clean and pleasant place to spend a night.“

„The home is a little dated but bathrooms and kitchen were updated and clean overall a good experience.“

„It was better than photos and host went above and beyond to create such a great experience!“

„Great 2 day stay to break up our trip to Florida! Plenty of space for our family of 8 and great sleeping and bathroom arrangements.“

„More than enough for our last minute short stay—love how the mountain rocks are featured on this property. Feels like your own little slice of woods even with nearby neighbors. Kids (and adults) loved playing Pac-Man and the fire pit area was the perfect spot to spend an evening. Clean (considering the mountain location) and comfortable beds and linens. Only negative was the faintest lingering smell of cigarette smoke (if you are sensitive), but we would still book again if back in the area.“

„Great place! Well stocked and the hosts were great“

„Our cottage had an issue with a broken air conditioning system, but the host was on top of it and had three large “in room “ a/c units going before we arrived. Unique Stays representative was responsive to questions and a maintenance tech came by to check on a/c units the evening of our arrival. Very clean and comfortable property with like new fit and finish. Parking was ample with space to turn around. Enjoyed our stay very much much.“

„This was the perfect little place for our family getaway! We are from Florida so we absolutely loved the location, wasn't hard to get to and had so many things to do around the house and surrounding towns. The host were amazing and always very responsive and since it was 4th of July weekend also sent numerous special activities the local town were throwing. We also loved that they are pet-friendly, and they made it easy and carefree to bring our furbaby with us! Cant forget to also mention the ...
