„This location is quiet and a great place to stay. This is our 2nd time staying here and this is the first place I look for to see if available when coming to Topeka Ks. Love the screened in porch while drinking my morning coffee. “

„I was happy to find a pet friendly rental for our stay. The rental is a nice, older property. The beds were VERY comfortable. We slept very well. The fenced yard is a small courtyard, that served our purpose nicely. “

„My adult son and I stayed here for the Unbound bike race in Emporia. This place is by far the best place we've stayed at for this race. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the office next to the kitchen, and we enjoyed a bonfire in the backyard after the race. The garage was very nice as well. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.“

"Okay, das Hotel hatte einen erheblichen Wasserschaden im EG und ein Aufzug war defekt… kann keiner was zu. Also abgehakt! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider ziemlich dreckig! Popcorn zwischen Bett und Sofa, Schnutz im Bad, Chipskrümel im Schubfach, Müll unterm Waschbecken! Das geht gar nicht. Frühstück unterirdisch! Nur eingepackte Bagles, wenig Auswahl, billigstes Plastikbesteck, Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt… alles in allem: für ein Hyatt Place mehr als enttäuschend!! "
