Room 2 was horrendous for noise, people in and out of front door and using lift making noise all through night. Sofa bed was like a medieval torture rack

Perfecto para visitar Valencia

Departamento muy limpio, como nuevo, Linda decoración, cocina bien equipada y se encuentra al lado de Buenos restaurantes, pastelerias, bares y muy cerca del centro para ir a pie. Se escucha muy fuerte cuando utilizan el baño o se duchan en el departamento de arriba especialmente y cuando entra la gente al edificio y suben las escaleras .

Beau quartier

L'appartement est sympa et le lit est confortable. Le quartier du logement est vraiment sympa. Les appartements au rez-de-chaussée sont bruyants. Les autres locataires ne voient pas qu'il y a un appartement et font du bruit (en revanche, on n'entend pas la rue).

I have never left a bad review for a property but this one was exceptionally bad. The noise from everyone coming in and out was so loud. The bed shared the same wall as the stairs. Even if people weren’t talking (which was rare) you could hear the pounding of their feet as they went up/down the stairs at all times of the night. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The dryer didn’t work and we had no idea that was the case when we washed a big load of clothes. The property had no where to hang wet clothes so we had to pack damp clothes in our suitcases to carry with us to our next destination—which was less than ideal. The rental is in a great location and walkable to lots of cafés and restaurants. When I brought up the concerns to the property management company, they were very considerate and tried to help but the walls are paper thin, and nothing could be done about that. Obviously this is a this is an issue because there are signs in the main entrance, telling everyone to be quiet. The heavy door for the main entrance slams shut each time a guest comes in or out- which kept waking us up. I would never recommend this place.

Positive: Great Location, relatively clean and modern looking. Negatives:-Extremely loud. It is on the first floor next to the door and elevators. You hear construction noise in the morning and people returning home from late night fun at 3:30am every day. -Washing machine is not in the unit. It is a shared machine in the next building. The dryer did not work. There was no rack to hang your clothes so you had to hang your clothes everywhere within the apartment. Since it is a studio apartment, there was clothes hanging everywhere. -There are no drawers for clothes. Only a closet to hang clothes. So we essentially lived out of our suitcases for a nearly a week. -The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. -Communication for entry was less than ideal. Too detailed to explain here. I can’t blame the owners for the location of the apartment but they need to do a better job of communicating and describing the apartment. It was not worth the money we paid. The owners need to lower the price significantly for what is provided. I have traveled quite a bit in Europe. I have never left a negative review but in good conscience I could not recommend this apartment with its current description and current rate.

Difficultés à s’assurer de l’appartementl

Le jour de l’arrivée nous sommes tenus dans le suspense à savoir si tout va bien aller et que nous aurons l’appartement. Outre la réservation et une information que nous recevrions une confirmation avec code d’entrée par courriel rien de plus et rien du gérant de l’immeuble. Démarches difficiles pour rejoindre le locateur et aller à ses buteaux. Le paiement avec réservation n’aurait pas été effectué. Beaucoup de problèmes avec le logiciel de paiement…de sorte que sans le savoir cela n’a pas marché et n’eut été de notre détermination à nous rendre aux bureaux du locateur, nous n’aurions pas eu de place ou rester. Une fois cela règle ce fut bien, mais ce fut stressant et refaire un paiement sans savoir s’il était en double ou non..
