„Excellent stay, the property is clean modern and very spacious. I stayed in Villa 1 which had plenty of space for me and my wife. The room had a nice kitchen area with a large fridge / cutlery, cups etc , a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. The property is located within walking distance to one of the entrances to Marino Ballena national park and provides secure parking with an electric gate. Overall I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend to stay at Cedrela Beach Villas. ...

„Erstklassige Einrichtung und toller Ausblick. Mit 4x4 Wagen doch manchmal nach dem Regen schwierig zu erreichen, weil doch sehr steil. Wir haben uns aber daran gewöhnt und Übung darin bekommen. Sehr einsam gelegen mit hohem Sicherheitszaun umgeben. Der Pool ist einmalig und wird top sauber gehalten. 20 Minuten zu einem großen Supermarkt. Bestes Erlebnis fanden wir die Wanderung bei der Hacienta“

„Wir, eine Familie mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern und Schwiegerkindern haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa von Anfang bis Ende sehr genossen. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind atemberaubend und das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Täglich kamen uns Tukane, Papageien, Greifvögel und Nasenbären besuchen - einmal sogar eine ganze Bande von Kapuzineräffchen und ein junger Weißwedelhirsch. Der wunderschöne weitläufige Matapalo-Strand, wo wir uns gerne Surfbretter ausgeliehen ...

„Casa muy grande y muy cómoda. De fácil acceso. Cerca de San José. La casa muy cerca del centro de Pérez Zeledón, con muchos supermercados , panaderías y farmacias disponibles. Excelente campo para mascotas. Un 100 por permitir mascotas sin restricciones de tamaño. Contacto 100% con la naturaleza. Payton es un gran anfitrión. La renta incluye personal de servicio y limpieza de la piscina cada dos días, lo cual es excelente. Katerine y Yorky fueron muy amables siempre.“

„Haus was the best place we’ve ever stayed in Costa Rica. Views were amazing, Haus was very clean and as advertised. Pool was awesome. Recommendation should be to have 4 wheel drive just for the driveway. It is very steep but not a problem. We will be back.“

„The property was well maintained and the houses were stocked with everything you might need, down to laundry detergent! The beach out front was beautiful and basically private. The location is close to town and felt very safe. There is a grounds keeper on the property at all times, they are very friendly and helpful, but you practically don’t notice them. It was great for our group!“

„We stayed here as a family of 4. Absolutely beautiful home and property. My kids loved the pool and each having their own bathroom. We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!“
