Einfache aber sehr zentrale Unterkunft
Super zentrale, einfache Unterkunft in Utrecht. Wir hatten ein einfaches Doppelzimmer mit eigner Dusche und WC. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir kostenlos über Nacht im Fitsenstalling abstellen.

The hotel is in a very nice area of Utrecht. My room was nice (private room) but not very clean. The glasses and bottles of the previous tenants were still on the windowsill. The worth was the all night party in the hallway in front of the rooms. I understand that this is a hostel but in other hostels there are rules and night hours. Will definitly never return.

Städtetrip
Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum und viele tolle Shops in 200-300 Meter Entfernung laden zum Essen ein. Auch das Hotel selber bietet tolle Mahlzeiten zu günstigen Preisen an. Jedoch gibt es noch wenige Kleinigkeiten zum Verbessern. Da das Hotel keine Tücher in den Zimmern hat könnte man gleich beim Einchecken fragen, ob man ein Badetuch benötigt und könnte es dann gleich beim Check-In beziehen.

Insgesamt zufriedenstellend, sehr vorteilhafte Lage mitten im Zentrum, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Lockere Atmosphäre und stylische Einrichtung. Am Wochenende sehr laut im Hostel, aufgrund vieler Partygäste. Zum entspannen nicht geeignet, aber als Durchreiseunterkunft oder für einen Kurztrip durchaus empfehlenswert.

Great place - for me
Thats a very nice place, right in the center of Utrecht. I came as a business person - but the place is a hostel, so I was 40 years older then the average visitor. However, super nice group of people working there, very friendly stuff. The room not a business room but nice and spottless clean. So if you need a TV in your room and a coffee machine then thats maybe not your place, but if you like it different - with a friendly twist - thats a fin place to be.

Utrecht istl eine Reise wert. Sehr schöne Altstadt ,das Stay okay ist ideal gelegen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Es ist nur sehr schwierig und teuer ein Auto zu parken.

Enjoyable stay, uneven room temperature
This was a good value overnight stay for central Utrecht, and great to have the private bathroom facilities. The room only has floor radiator that you can control, but I found it would only heat the side of the room nearest to it and not the rest of the room towards the bathroom. It wasn't a terrible issue, but a little irritating to be so cold everytime you walked to and from the bathroom. Aside from that, there was a great view to the square from my room (#105) and a nice lounge area in the common space outside the room to work from or relax.

This hostel is the perfect place for a weekend in Utrecht. We were 2 friend with 3 kids under 4 years old and the personnel was extremely kind to us. The structure is well equipped to host kids, they have high chairs for breakfast and also baby cots upon request. Cannot recommend enough.

Stayokay Utrecht is part hostel with bunk beds, and part hotel with very basic rooms. Staff is nice and helpful. It is very centrally located on a busy square. Very noisy during the night if your room faces the square. They give free earplugs at the reception.

Very pleased with this property. We decided to try a hostel for one night during our trip to let our kids see a hostel. We were so pleasantly surprised by this hostel. We did pay for upgrades like linen service and towels and Kate check out. Worth it to us. It was nicer than all our much more expensive hotels in three cities in Belgium. The location was fantastic. The service was great. We loved the little restaurant and bar connected to it and used their games. We would all stay here again.

Solid 8 out of 10
Great stay here at stayokay hostel. Place is situated on a lovely square with restaurants and sit down bars, great for summer months to have a drink or two outside. Booked a private room which was clean and basic. Shower room was a decent size and had a powerful shower. On site bar was cosy and had areas where you could just relax, with a separate area where you could work (laptops etc). Close to main streets and canals. Checking in and out was easy. Only issue was, that the windows we had in our room (sizeable) couldnt be opened, also no ventilation either. Great view but due to temperatures outside reaching 30°c, this made it some what stuffy in the night when trying to sleep, not unbearable but also not so comfortable either.

It is perfect for young people. The place was full of teenagers, or people below 25 or even less! It isn't quiet because of that. They were partying :). So for adults, only to stay one night or so. The location is terrific!

Great location ! We had a room overlooking the main square which was great for people watching. Only an 8 minute walk to the train station. Loved that they had laundry facilities on site. Room was good but shower had no curtain so the water kind of went every where. Great stay and would stay again if ever in Utrecht!
