Das Zentrum von Utrecht ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Da das Hotel in der Mall liegt, sind zudem weitere Shopping- und Essensmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 9. Stock. Der Strassenlärm war dennoch hörbar.

Superb, really great staff, courteous, helpful, multilingual. Such a convenient location, near train station, old centre of town, and in the mall for food and shopping. All round excellent facilities in the hotel.

very convenient to train station and basically inside a gigantic shopping mall so plenty of shopping opportunities. But also convenient to the old town. To avoid rush in the morning, we opted for the hotel’s breakfast which was quite comprehensive and good, comparable to smaller independent hotels .

The ease of access to the surrounding area was very helpful. Short walk to the train also made planning a breeze.

When we arrived the reception informed we weren't due to arrive until June, then offered us a basic room with no apologise, Manager Nikkolas became involved and eventually sorted us out. Room was not great Seats stained, Blood on net curtains covering window, horrible large brown stain on quilt (which they did change). Not a great experience for the money we paid.

我們有申請late check-in, 到飯點的時候交班人員都有處理好，所以check-in非常順利。飯店人員都非常友善，對小朋友更是主動打招呼甚至給他們糖果。房間設備都很好又乾淨，而且地點超好的，就在火車站相連的mall裡面，要逛街吃東西都很方便，要出去逛舊城區也很方便，非常推薦！

The cleaning of the hotel room could be better. More attention for the cleaning of the room, like the tables, attention for the filling of the amenities. The staff at the restaurant/breakfast was excellent. Very helpful, friendly staff. You could see they enjoy their work. Overall we had an excellent stay and we will be visiting Crowne Plaza again in the future.

Utrecht - Lengthy Stay
Crowne Plaza Utrecht was perfect for my stay. Stayed total of 10 days. A bit confusing finding the entrance as it is inside a mall. But once that part was figured out it was great. Super short walk to the train station. Right in the center of town. Plenty around. Staff were attentive and incredibly helpful with any needs. Would recommend.

Goed hotel
Het was over het geheel netjes, het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijn dat het bij het winkelcentrum is. Een paar min puntjes is 1 van de douchekoppen was niet erg schoon, de kitranden in de douche zat schimmel en ok vond het jammer dat er geen slippers waren.
