„We had the balcony room. It was beautiful, clean and with an amazing view of the pyramids. The owner was just amazing, full of great spirit, super friendly and helpful. We were only staying one night and had planned to (hopefully) walk to the pyramids in the morning and take a couple of pictures from afar before our flight to Luxor. „The view from the top os incredible. The pool is small and cute. The breakfast options for continental was repetitive but very tasty. Pool opens from 8am to 11pm. Breakfast was daily from 9am to 11am. It was about 30mins from downtown cairo and 10mins to the pyramids but in a mich cleaner and gated community. The staff were alll brilliant but special thanks goes to Mr Isam who was so amazing from our first day there until the last day. I would happily return to this hotel. “

„Der Zimmerservice war unzureichend für ein 5-Stern Hotel: Boden nicht gesaugt/geputzt (Haare lagen auf dem WC-Boden), Fenster waren dreckig, Minibar war leer, etc. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen! Am Rezeption hat man unseren Hinweis nicht wirklich ernst genommen.“
