We had 11 guests to include 4 adults and 7 kids from 3 to 16 years of age. Chris’ place was plenty spacious for us and very clean. Chris was very responsive. „We live in Ohio our daughter and family live in N.C. We wanted to have a family vacation. This rental was GREAT! We are a family that likes to cook together. The kitchen was amazing everything you could want to prepare meals. The screened in porch was a hit. The kiddoes watched the squirls and the birds. In the morning the water reflects on the leaves and it looks like a light show. Another big bonus was all the games some for all ages. I would recommend this unit.“
