„Such a serene, inviting cottage! We enjoyed our peaceful weekend at the mint cottage. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting, and the perfect location to go explore Shenandoah National Park & George Washington National Forest. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it's easy to tell the owner takes great pride in and care of this relaxing space. The walking trails on the property were perfect for the dog too! We will return soon.“

„We loved our stay at the Apple Mountain house. We had a nice relaxing evening with a beautiful view, a lovely fire pit and wonderfully cozy deck. The home was very clean and had a lot of activities for adults and children. All questions were answered immediately when I asking the host. I would recommend four-wheel-drive to get to the location. Definitely would stay here again.“

They sent us activities to do in the area, stocked the house with everything we could possibly need, baked us cookies, and left us refreshments. The house was very clean and had plenty of space and things to do even if you don’t want to go anywhere. Every room has a lake view and each bathroom feels as clean as a hotel!“

Secluded enough to feel like a true isolated getaway, but also close enough to everything as to not have drive forever to get supplies or sightsee.
