My 15-year-old son and I stayed here for 4 nights and felt right at home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and although they could have a few more cooking items, we were able to make all of our favorite meals from home. I would highly recommend this place for any family and friends seeking a longer stay than most in Hana.“

„This Cottage is elaborated and well equipped in a beautiful surrounding. We had a great stay and with the privateness we felt much more comfortable than in a big resort. With the position in Haiku you could reach everything within a short drive. Beautiful beaches are nearby... close to Paia. We also loved to look at the turtles at the Hookipa Bay. „We had been stranded in a rather run down place near by during our honeymoon. Gail answered within 10 min that they were getting the house ready and we could come over within 1 hour. What a change, when we came an hour later we entered a lovely and very clean house, just like in the pictures and Hawaiian Sea Breeze Radio was playing. The location is a good base to explore Maui. „Pros and cons to this stay. Pros are it's big, the location is great; I did like the shower a lot! Cons are there is no AC. Yes, I realize many places on Maui do not have AC. The descritions reads "open air" and it just didn't register with me at the time of booking. So if you are a person that is remotely hot natured, don't book this in May.
