„Personnel très disponible et aimable, chambre propre“

„I’m sorry I speak very little Bahasa. My stay at the Luminor was very good indeed. Thank you so much.“

„Perfect, nothing to complaint about“

„The staff were very friendly and helpful, their English was clear. The rooms were a bit tired, not unclean, just stained in the grout. The breakfast had a wide variety but the coffee was not good, there are so many good coffee places not far. The water was not sealed so we bought from the supermarket almost next door.“

„After long flight we wasn’t able to check in right away. We have to wait for third party to give us the key . It was hassle there instructions from third party that received last minute. We not able to communicate. All my texted no answer. No internet when online said provided for internet. We stayed one night only from two nights reserved. It was very disappointing. “
