„The place was serene and quiet with plenty of room for three women to spread out and relax. Location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. The steps to the water are a little steep and the water was a little too weedy for swimming but the view was fantastic. The communication with the host was top notch!!“

„This is the ultimate relaxation point!!!My husband and I needed a getaway and this cute spot on Lake Ethel was exactly what the doctor ordered! Lake Ethel is such a peaceful location. „The hosts are very accommodating and gracious. The cabin is newly remodeled and very nice, it fit our family perfectly. There is pretty much everything you need to enjoy your vacation and make it comfortable. There is a little lean to with wood for the fire pit. „The cabin is cozy and everything you would need is there for cooking etc including a blender. They have books, puzzles, couple of kayaks and life jackets in the deck box to use for safety. My only issue was the water was to low to use the boat ramp at the time I stayed. Great view on the deck, plenty of comfortable chairs and nice fire pit on the beach.“

(Make sure to bring your own pellets, or charcoal) Close proximity to fuel and boat landings. Adequate parking for up to 3 large fishing boats. A member of the group left an Apple Watch, and the host was very helpful getting it returned! Great place! Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.“

"We booked online and the communication via Mail was fast and easy. We got the code for the room and figured out, that we got an upgrade to a room with a balcony towards the street. No traffic at night and all the guest from the bar downstairs behaved extremly well. No slamming cardoors or loud farewells. The rooms would need a little more attention, but they where clean. We had dinner in the restaurant. What surprises us was, that all glasses had "waterdrops" on it. Every owner of a dishwasher would ad some salt and rinse andwould never put glassses like that on the table. "
