We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent ...

„Comfortable sleeping for six people. Well stocked kitchen. Just stop at the grocery store on your way to the house. large dining room table or multiple restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. The 10 minute walk also includes arriving downtown forshopping in the fine stores of Mount Dora. You will not be disappointed.“

„This was the perfect answer to our family's much needed 'stay-cation'. (We live locally). The home is very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is moderately busy (traffic) during the day but was very quiet at night. We all very much enjoyed the pool. The host (Rose) was very patient and responsive to my many questions. The King size bed is indeed a platform bed that I needed a step stool to get into. The entrance step to the house seems a little higher than normal as well. Someone that was not ...

„What a great little spot to stay! Cozy, homey, and welcoming! We hardly had to drive anywhere, except to the next town over to a restaurant we wanted to go to. Checking in was super easy! Downtown is maybe a 10 minute walk, and you get to see so much of the whimiscal charm of Mt. Dora on the way! We (and our pups) had such a great time and cannot wait to go back! Thank you so much!“

„This is our 2nd time visiting this lake house. We absolutely love it. The kitchen is huge and so functional for a big crowd. Everything is well stocked. No need to leave to go anywhere. So peaceful and just a nice place to get away and relax. Enjoy the beautiful lake with the beach entrance (which our dogs LOVED) , go kayaking, grill some food... Highly Recommend! “
