Welcome to your perfect getaway! This modern, single-level home combines clean lines with warm, inviting character, offering an ideal space for relaxation and comfort. Just a short stroll from Dolphin Point inlet, you can spend your days basking in the sun and return to enjoy a delightful BBQ on the covered alfresco deck.

The open-plan living area features soaring ceilings, ducted air conditioning, and an abundance of natural light, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Stay connected with WiFi throughout the home, and enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a generous island bench, seating for four, and a coffee machine—perfect for socialising. The dining area comfortably seats six, and the cozy sitting area leads out to the alfresco deck—an ideal spot to unwind with a glass of wine while watching the children on the fully fenced lawn.

In the evenings, relax in the spacious living room on large, comfortable leather sofas and enjoy your favourite shows on TV. The home offers three well-presented bedrooms: the master with a Queen bed, walk-in robe (WIR), and ensuite; a second bedroom with a Queen bed; and a third bedroom with a tri-bunk, both with built-in robes (BIRs). The main bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower, and all linen and towels are provided for your convenience. A laundry with a washer and dryer is also available.

While the garage is unavailable, driveway parking is provided—please refrain from parking on the grass.

Location AND Surrounding Venues

Nestled in a quiet street across from a reserve, this charming home offers peace and tranquility. A short 5min walk to Dolphin Point inlet for swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, surfing, or fishing. The shallow waters and expansive sands are perfect for little ones, while the surf beyond keeps everyone happy. Burrill Lake, just a 5-minute walk away, offers more activities and amenities, including a playground, local supermarket, Rosie Oats cafe, Lagom bakery, bottle shop and a famous fish and chip shop.

Only 5 minutes drive away is Ulladulla with the many amenities of a town, such as cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and boutiques. Just a few minutes further north is Mollymook, the lovely seaside village and beach with the famous Rick Stein at Bannisters, Bannisters Pavilion and the popular Gwylo fusion restaurant. Also nearby are wineries, a golf course and a spa.
