„This is such a beautiful house to rent for a large group. Excellent location, a 14 min walk from the train station and right by the Lanes. The kitchen has all the items you'll need for your stay, including 3 coffee makers! The beds are comfortable and the house is quiet (due to all the fire doors!). The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!“

We were there in January and it was very cold, so it was nice to have a warm place so close to everything (though the kitchen can be still be cold!). Overall, it was a great time and my picky dog felt at home immediately! I think he’s sad we’re back at our actual home! Ian was very friendly, nice and happy. the room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic. in 2 minutes you can walk to the beach and in less than 20 minutes walk in the city. The 'seven sisters' are very easy to reach by public transport and it takes just 1 hour to get to london. gladly again!“

„Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant.
