Guests can enjoy the added convenience of a SodaStream for refreshing drinks and a UE Boom speaker to set the mood throughout the house. The indoor living flows seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining area, where a covered alfresco dining space, BBQ facilities, and festoon lighting create the perfect setting for relaxed evenings with family and friends.

Family-friendly comforts are thoughtfully provided, including a portacot and highchair for those travelling with little ones. A park and playground are just 80 metres from the property, and Kingscliff Beach is only 300 metres away. Nearby cycle tracks and walking paths invite leisurely exploration, while the popular Park Run takes place locally every Saturday.

Safety and convenience are a priority, with a fully lockable yard, a secure two-car lock-up garage with direct access to the house, and fire extinguishers for peace of mind.
