Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback following your recent stay with us. I'm terribly sorry to hear that our high standards of service were not met during your stay and that we failed to assist you in your request to extend. This is most disappointing to read. Please be assured that we are addressing this with our entire reception team to ensure that it does not happen again. I'm sorry to hear that you also had issues with noise from fellow guests. We do have an after hours number listed on the gate code hand out. Was this the number you tried to ring, or our reception number? It was a shame to read that you weren't completely happy with your cabin, we do offer a free service clean for stays 7 nights or more, however we are more than happy to give you some fresh towels when needed. My apologies if you were told there was a charge, We hope to welcome you back another time.
