Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana.“

We had a small issue with a non-working stove-top and she was able to fix it the same day we reported it. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. „Nice neighborhood, clear communication from host and decently priced“

„We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests. The mattresses were also hard as a rock.“

„It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside.
