„We were welcomed by Linda personally and very lovingly everything was prepared for us. For the three of us the space was quite sufficient. Very pleasant to use. For our wishes Linda was helpful to us. it is very quiet and you have only short distances to the beach restaurants and shopping. Biking on the beach was a lot of fun for us. „We were there for the view and the sounds of waves and we weren’t disappointed! It just doesn’t get any better. There are steps right next to the apartment which take you down to the beach. You can walk into town and you can get fantastic coffee just up the road. We loved the rooms, the beds were so comfortable and you can leave the windows open at night to hear the waves. „Great location!! 5 minute walk to beach, shops, dining! Property was perfect size for a couples getaway. Had a Spectrum issue but was resolved quickly by owner and he even brought a bigger TV !! Very cozy setting, nice outdoor sitting area. We stayed in the back cottage and didn’t have any issues with the other guest in front cottage. Shared garage but we didn’t bring a car ( used Uber ) which was great! Highly recommend!!DanielNorth Carolina “

„This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!“

„A gem of a home. The location can’t be beat and I really appreciated that this cottage is clean and bright. „Great bungalow for a couple, we also had our adult son. He slept comfortably in the pull out. We stayed in “green”. Nice to have secluded back patio for evening cocktails, cards etc. The front area garden was delightful for morning coffee amidst butterflies. The location was ideal with a short walk to everything. This will be our “go to” when we come back to Laguna.“

"Positiv: - Gute Parkmöglichkeit - Hotel Anlage bzw. Außenanlage war sehr schön Negativ: - Zimmer ist alt und stark abgenutzt - Betten waren sehr unbequem - Es hat in 4 Tagen nicht eine Zimmerreinigung stattgefunden, obwohl wir sogar explizit an der Rezeption danach verlangt hatten! - Parkkosten überhöht - Pool sah auf den Bildern größer aus, als er in der Realität ist. - Die gebuchten Tage waren inkl. Frühstück (es gibt jedoch nur A-la-carte Frühstück bzw. kein Buffet!), im Preis ist nur ein Frühstück für 21 Dollar aus der Karte enthalten, möchte man etwas anderes, muss die Differenz zugezahlt werden. Ein entsprechender Hinweis im Angebot wäre hier sinnvoll gewesen!"
