„Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. „This is the absolute best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Gorgeous restoration. Right from arrival it felt like walking through the door into home! Cosy, comfortable, well appointed, and the vintage decor is right on point. „After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to ...

„Cabin was GREAT!! Exactly as described. The porch is wonderful and relaxing! Furniture (inside & out) is comfortable. The owners were very communicative before & during our stay. A line of bad weather came through one afternoon and the owners reached to make sure we knew a head of time and were prepared. Will rent again if ever in Heber Springs area!!“

„The host was helpful, responding quickly when we had some questions. The tiny home was adorable, well-supplied, and just right for our plans for the weekend. However, it was very cold when we arrived and took about an hour to warm up with electric heaters. Unfortunately it got down to 16 degrees our second night and the heaters could not keep it warm. We had to leave early the next morning because it was unbearable. We were sorry to cut our stay short, but the tiny home otherwise met our needs.“
