Das Hotel hat geräumige Zimmer und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Personal is sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool hat eine gute Grösse. Fahrräder und Motorroller können vom Hotel gemietet werden. Sehr gutes Hotel! Das Hotel ist 2.5 KM von Tulum Zentrum und 4.5 KM vom Strand entfernt. Leider war die Umgebung ums Hotel herum nicht gut ausgebaut. Mit dem Ausbau der Infrastruktur ist Tulum sehr im Verzug oder hat einfach schlecht geplant. Keine asphaltierten Strassen, keine Bürgersteige, keine Autofreien Strassen, kaum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel usw.

Tropical oasis away from the noise of Tulum.
This was our favorite hotel during our Yucatán trip. Tiki tiki is a beautiful place to escape the noise and crowds of Tulum with only very few rooms. The pool area is also very quiet and staff is lovely. Despite being outside the city center there are many restaurant options nearby. We’d definitely come back.

Geniales 60er Style Hotel
Zu Beginn unserer Yucatan runddeise hatten wir vier Tage in tulum direkt an Strand und trotzdem aufgrund von Empfehlungen das tiki gebucht. Mega stark, der 60er style und die Ruhe direkt am jungle ist auch klasse!!!

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel
I highly recommend staying at Tiki Tiki Tulum (if you don't wish to be at the beach): The hotel is very stylish, service is great, breakfast delicious, cocktails are top notch and there are even bicycles to rent. Loved it!

Brandneu und super nettes Personal!
Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel Tiki Tiki. Das Hotel ist genau wie auf den Fotos: Neu und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüssung gabe es Cocktails. Da wir spät am Abend angekommen sind und es im Hotel kein Restaurant gibt (Frühstück gibt es gegen Aufpreis) wurden uns angeboten in einem italienischen Restaurant zu bestellen und es ins Hotel liefern zulassen. Und es war gut! Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt,es ist eine ruhige Oase am Rande des "Dschungels". Es ist etwas schwer zu finden, weil im Kartenmaterial (GPS) ist diese neue Straße noch nicht eingetragen. Am besten fahren Sie auf der Hauptstrasse bis Ortsende Tulum (gesehen aus Richtung Cancun herkommend Richtung Chetumal) dann von der Hauptstraße links abbiegen auf eine ganz neue Strasse und dann die zweite Straße wieder rechts abbiegen und in der Strasse befindet sich dan das Hotel Tiki Tiki.

The Hotel Tiki Tiki is a gorgeous absolutely beautiful retreat so quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I plan to return on my next trip to Tulum. It is located in a residential neighborhood with beautiful trees and vegetation. A close walk or drive to downtown with restaurants and shopping. No noise of any traffic or city businesses. The staff really make this place special. Thank you Julie, Samantha, and Santiago! It was an incredible experience. This hotel is a gem just perfect I loved it!

Such a delightful boutique hotel with INCREDIBLE staff! We booked two different hotels for our vacation to Tulum and I wish we stayed at Tiki Tiki the entire time. The rooms are beautifully designed, the pool is perfect, and you are surrounded by the jungle. We'd regularly see parrots, toucans, and tropical birds! I appreciate that it felt like a retreat as soon as you entered the property. There were lots of delicious restaurants and cafes to walk to as well.

Nice boutique hotel on edge of town. Staff were wonderful. They have a nice little bar and a small pool. Rooms were spacious and WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, very clean rooms, friendly staff, located in La Valeta inside the jungle. Holistika is right next door if you’d like to use their stuff and even have a free yoga class courtesy of staying at Tiki Tiki. Pool was good, plenty of hammocks to lie around. You can rent a mopet at the hotel which I recommend if you are planning to go to beach area frequently. Breakfast was good but would like some protein (egg, sausage etc).

Lovely Gem of a Boutique Hotel
This lovely gem of a boutique hotel is absolutely wonderful and if I ever stay in Tulum again, this is the place I will return to. The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for requests. The common areas were beautiful, serene, and relaxing. The drinks were wonderful and the rooms were perfect. It was also just next door to Holistika, and the hotel had an agreement for discounted yoga and other wellness classes at Holistika. I absolutely would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in town. It's perfect.

Très bel hôtel avec une décoration dans les chambres et les parties communes absolument magnifique! Le petit déjeuner continental est bon mais un peu léger, quelques plats sont proposés en extra. Personnel adorable. L'hôtel est situé un peu à l'écart du centre de Tulum mais avec quelques restaurants à proximité et la possibilité de se garer. L'hôtel semble également proposer la location de vélo et de scooters. On recommande sans hésiter!

My daughter and I stayed one night on our way further south. We arrived after dark and we were really exhausted from traveling all day. It’s a sweet place with lovely international, hostel like vibe. There are cute cats roaming around that we adored. The breakfast was super sweet and hammocks In rooms were a great. The bed was rough and I couldn’t figure out the hot water to shower but minor things. I’d stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my teen-age daughters and would definitely stay here again! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room had a balcony and it had so many windows it felt like being in a tree-house. Every morning, Aracari toucans would hang outside our room. Breakfast was delicious - a fresh-baked croissant, a fruit/yogurt/granola bowl with perfectly ripe tropical fruit, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and coffee/tea. The cute bar had great drinks. And the front desk helped us arrange the Covid Test we needed to get back in the USA. Stay here! You will love it!

Hotel Tiki Tiki
Hotel Tiki Tiki was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and included a refrigerator and a safe. The lobby was great to hang out in with a cute bar and attentive bartenders. There’s a beautiful pool but it was too cold for my liking. They also had scooters and bicycles available for rent at a reasonable price. The hotel is close to downtown Tulum and around a lot of restaurants and shopping. The staff was top notch. Juan and Melissa made my birthday stay fun and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
